Vacuum Forming

We cover the whole range of material thickness and types on a range of vacuum forming machines, including reel fed automatics, from thin gauge PVC and High Impact Polystyrene for packaging, through to 10mm cast acrylic for deep draw press mouldings.

They say size isn’t important, and that may be true, but in our business it’s at least relevant: our largest machine has a bed size of 1600mm x 1100 mm with a depth of draw of 400 mm and plug assist.
